  Order & Payment

• Order must be placed 7 days before delivery
• Order can be cancelled with 100% refund before 5 days of delivery
• Tracking Number will be given for each order 
• 100% payment at the time of order placement
• Price includes all the applicable charges till Doorstep delivery in USA
• Payments in Karachi will be collected cash by hand, while payments from other cities of Pakistan to be deposited in our Bank Account.

• FREE delivery in 48 continental states of USA

• Make sure the recipient is at Home / Office at the time of delivery

• To preserve cake's freshness, NO DELIVERY ON SUNDAY & MONDAY
• Saturday Delivery will be charged Rs.1100 Extra 
• Delivery is made through First Class Courier during working hours
• Once Delivery is made APEX will notify the client

  APEX is NOT responsible for 

• Items delivered  to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
• Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
